A Brilliant Young Mind

Rated: PG-13
Runtime: 1 hour 51 minutes
Release Date: September 11, 2015
Director: Morgan Matthews
Starring: Asa Butterfield

In this film, an autistic math prodigy struggles to connect with people around him. most of all, his loving widowed mother. But, he finds comfort in numbers. When he takes under the wing of a teacher, they forge an unusual friendship and, he finds new friends when he attends the British International Mathematics Olympiad. I streamed a rather "sanitized" version of this film on Living Scriptures, and it's good. Probably a better version than the original version than what IMDB.com says. So, if you wanna watch it, than my advice is watch it on Living Scriptures. Not Netflix, Vudu, Hulu, etc.

What Dreams May Come

Rated: PG-13
Release Date: October 2, 1998
Runtime: 1 hour 53 mins
Director: Vincent Ward
Starring: Robin Williams, Cuba Gooding Jr., Annabella Sciorra

I streamed this Oscar-Winning film this evening, and it's about the late Robin Williams who dies in a car accident, and is guided through the afterlife by his spirit guide, Albert (Gooding Jr.). Even his children are there. But, when his wife dies, and goes to the underworld, he must go there himself, and save her. There is one thing that I do like about this movie, and one thing I don't like about it, the thing I don't like, is the language, The thing I do like about it, despite the fact that It came out 20 years ago, the oscar-winning visual effects.

Blu-Ray/DVD Release Date: July 10, 2018
Director: John Krasinski

This Horror-Thriller is about a family that has to survive in a post-apocalyptic world where monsters will kill you if you make even the slightest sound. I originally reviewed this movie back in April when it was in theaters, and I gave it a A-. However, that opinion has not changed. I still like this movie, the acting is still really good. If you like these types of movies, then I suggest you check it out!
